Order Placement

The NFCYM prefers online and fax orders. The online store is available 24 hours a day at http://www.nfcym.org. All orders should begin with the customer going through the steps of the store. If paying by credit card complete all steps. If paying by check (or if a diocesan office ordering more than $100 worth of merchandise) print the page from the store that lists your shipping and billing addresses along with your order total. Mail that page with your check payment (or if a diocesan office, fax that page to us). Fax orders may be transmitted to 202-526-7544.

Pricing and Payment

The NFCYM accepts personal and business checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Online orders and diocesan orders under $100 must be prepaid.

Order Processing Time

Orders received after 12 noon Eastern Time will not be reviewed until the next business day. Orders require ten business days for fulfillment. If purchaser chooses shipment via UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air they will be charged an additional $10.00 service fee. The selection of USPS Priority Mail potentially lessens shipping costs, however, it will not lessen the fulfillment time of ten business days.

Error in Order

Review your entire order when it is received. If there is an error in the order contact the NFCYM office immediately. Do not destroy the packaging. The order cannot be corrected after 30 days of your receipt (based upon information provided by the carrier—usually UPS).


Items may not be returned after 15 days of receipt (based upon information provided by the carrier—usually UPS). Prior to 15 days, items may only be returned with permission of NFCYM staff. Only the cost of the actual item(s) purchased will be refunded—not the shipping and handling charge. An administrative/restocking charge of $0.50 per item will be charged for returned items.

Damaged Orders

If your order is received in damaged condition call the NFCYM office immediately. Do not throw out the damaged delivery—United Parcel Service (UPS) will pick it up.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Orders are shipped via UPS (various shipping options) or USPS Priority Mail . Shipping charges are based upon UPS' or USPS' actual rates.
